[Typo3-dev] Wrong mime type on typo.org

Whereever an sxw document is delivered at typo3.org, the mime type is
wrong. Sometimes is is text/plain, sometimes application/octet-stream. 

In a first step the webserver perhaps should be configured to use
application/vnd.sun.xml.writer with sxw deliveries. 

Later every point where a sxw is delivered by php should be corrected (if
it is the case).

Please tell me your position about this idea.

If it's neccessary I can help doing this.
