well formed != valid

Adding oncontextmenu doesn't make the document not well formed, but it 
may by not valid. If it's valid or not depends on the chosen DTD or XML 
schema.

And as has been pointed out, we can use our custom DTD that extends the 
XHTML DTD. btw, which one? There are several differnet XHTML DTDs 
available for XHTML 1.0 and 1.1.
