Hi Suman,
same way as with 404 but in the .htaccess u set additionally
"ErrorDocument 403"
maybe my EXT error_404_handling helps u

Hi,
 
I am trying to detect 403 type errors and display a message detailing
the error type and the url that was rejected. The solution should be
through an extension. I have already done this for 404 type errors.
 
Can anybody tell me how this can be done?
