[Typo3-dev] Language packs and Translation Server updated

Hi translators / dev list.

I have just made major changes to the core of TYPO3 in regard to backend
localizations (translation of the system). 

- All languages in the core is in ll-XML files, including those found in
the many new System Extensions introduced lately. This means that the
before-complete translations will now have some labels missing (up to
141 new labels). See the overview later in this mail.

- All translations are moved to external extensions named "csh_[language
key]" so that you need to install a "language pack" extension before a
language can be available in the backend. This is done in order to get
rid of the general overhead of dragging around 40 translations around in
the core even if only two or three languages are used in an
installation.

You can download all langauge packs from http://130.228.0.33/t3dl/src/
(updated with all work done until this evening).

I hope all translators will be able to complete the translations of
non-CSH material for the next grand release of TYPO3 (january) so we can
