[Typo3-dev] tt_news 2.0 available for download

Hi all,

tt_news 2.0.0 is ready.
current: 2.0.1 cause I had to upload the manual seperately -> perhaps too
many screenshots :)

*major change*:
- I removed the files ext_typoscript_setup.txt &
ext_typoscript_constants.txt from the extension directory. the default
TypoScript settings for tt_news are now divided into 4 static
ext-templates, which can be included with the "include static (from
Extensions)"-selector in your TS-template. (the same principle is used for
the extension css_styled_content) 
these are the static ext-templates:
1. "table based tmpl": this includes all settings for the table-based
html-template (pi/news_template.tmpl)
2. "CSS-based tmpl": includes all settings for the CSS based html-template
(pi/tt_news_v2_tmpl.html)
3. "default CSS-styles": this contains the css-stylesheet for the new
html-template ("tt_news_v2_tmpl.html").
4. RSS-feed: this will include the required TS-settings to enable RSS-feeds
from your site.  

*important*:
none of these static templates is included by default, so it is required to
choose either ext-template 1. ("table based tmpl") or 2. ("CSS-based tmpl")
to get an output from tt_news.

*new features*: 
- "Localized News": support for the localization-features from TYPO3 3.7.0.
- "Flexible News": added some new fields to the tt_news content-element:
"listStartID", "limit", "noPageBrowser", "imageWidth" & "imageHeight". With
the field "listStartID" you can set the item from which the list (or
latest) content-element should start. In combination with the other fields
you can realize complex combinations of news content-elements, f.e to
display the latest news article in a big header element with a 2-column-list
of smaller elements below and a banner between them. Thank goes to paolo

feature.
- added versioning-support for news records (TYPO3 >= 3.7.0 and MySQL 4
required)
- enabled "dividers2tabs" for the tt_news db-record: for better overview,
the BE-Form for news-records is divided in 2 "tabs". One for General
settings (title,text,author,datetime...) the other one for the
"Relations" (images, files, related news ...).
- added two new template markers that build a wrap for the additional data
in the single view (###ADDINFO_WRAP_B### ###ADDINFO_WRAP_E###). This wrap
is only inserted if there is at least one of the elements: related, files
or links present.
- added new template markers for a wrap for all categories ( ###CATWRAP_B###
and  ###CATWRAP_E### )
- updated the manual with the new features.
(the online manual at typo3.org is not yet updated (server-timeouts) but the
manual in the extension dir includes the latest informations)
