FULL ACK!

This has also been one thing which has bugged me for years with some 
extensions - class inflation that is. Which is especially horrible to 
look at if the css is in the html file and you have more than one such 
extension.

BTW, I'm still looking for a little help with my survey ext. since I 
definitely want css-styled forms which still look consistent in width 
and positioning.
