[Typo3-dev] any extension developers need html/css templating?

Actually, I think the single div with the extension classname around
the extension output is a great idea - it's the *other* stuff I think
is (mostly) unnecessary.

Honestly, I wasn't trying to start a flame war. It's just that there
are some real advantages to simplifying both the markup AND the css and
I'm available to help out if anyone wants to try something a little
different.
