[Typo3-dev] www.typo3.org Extension editing

The reason probably is taht the execute button (when updating
documentation) will clear parts of the page cache - which is apparently
very resource consuming. We plan to simply disable the cache clearing so
that it happens automatically over the 24 hours period as usual.
