[Typo3-dev] link integrity check, dead link list, dead link warning on page deletion ?help wanted

Hi List,
exists an extension to validate dead typo links?
Or Warn on page deletion that a link is pointing to the page?
 Problem:
You have a page A that Links to Page B, and now you delete Page B,
currently the Link at Page A is disabled but there is no warning about the dead link, or
no list to see all the dead links with their origin....

So again is there an extension out there for that problem, or exists there an easy way
to patch that ?
