[Typo3-dev] Extension Developers Guide TOC

Hi,
I have had a look over it and it looked really promising as a toc.
But there's one idea which sprang into my mind while reading: Why not 
use a wiki for creating this documentation? I think this would be best 
because many people could work on the docu at once and it is really 
simple to use.
I didn't find anything about the DBAL, I think this would go under 
"Common Practices".
