The Creation process is faster and more intuitive for End-users.
Additional benefits depend on what happens with the created forms. I
thought in the classic Emailform and a Databaseform. 

Databaseform means that a table get generated automatically from the
elements of the form and if somebody sends values through the form they
get saved in the table. With the data one can do Reports, Lists,...

Another benefit could be Multipage forms or a file download for a
developer that needed a form.

If anyone has ideas about more application scenarios, let me know it !
