Thanx for fast reply and sorry for being impatient:
I've inserted
$rslt =  $GLOBALS['TYPO3_DB']->sql_select_db(TYPO3_db);
on line 31 and it seems to work. (no errorhandling-doesn't seems to make
sense since TYPO_db is set in config and this is checked before).
