[Typo3-dev] RC2-dev version

Hi Folks.

CVS is finally updated and 130.228.0.33/t3dl/src/ is also. At the IP
address you will find not only the full source tar but also a tar file
which contains ONLY the global extensions which is interesting for
everyone who updates via CVS since you will have to subsequently
override the global extensions with this pack (global extensions are NOT
in the CVS of the core!)

This week I expect to burry myself in the load of bug-reports in my
mailbox as well as smaller feature requests.

Basically the major points before 3.6.0 final release is this:

1) Fix bugs/add small features (this week...)
2) Implement RTE API / create proof-of-concept RTE for Linux / finish
"css_styled_content"
3) Fix Extension manager and Kickstarter wizard + update typo3.org
accordingly, ready for 3.6.0


One of the things I intend to do in the kickstarter is to implement
version checking for TYPO3 version. This WILL BE needed very soon
because teh DBAL foundation and other features (like TEmplaVoila using
FlexForms) simply creates too many support-mails since they do not work
on previous T3 versions but does install without further notice.


Hopefully my efforts this week with bug-fixing and YOUR support to test
the RC2-dev version will make for a stable RC2 candidate to be releases
within a few weeks. RC3 will be after fixing the EM/KS and RTE. The nthe
final release. Probably late april as it seems now.

Please don't argue about releasing before; I have seriously tried to
strip off things from my Todo list for 3.6.0 to get the release out but
there just ARE some things that cannot wait. In particular if we imagine
a 3.6.0 which will be used in production and with no immediate new
versions for a few months; then things just have to work and certains
things has to be fixed.
