[Typo3-dev] How to optimize URLs of/ in extensions?

Hello Typo-World,
Maybe simple question: What do I have to do, if I build an ext. and want
the URLs to be adjusted automaticly to REAL-URL or the default
URL-ReWrting?
Example: I have a property database, and normally I would have to call
it via index.php?id=xx&par1=one&par2=two.
Nothing new, and for normal pages the URLs are rewritten by the system,
but what do I have to do that the URL of my extension is
searchengine-friendly. I think a saw somewhere somewhen a thread in the
board but can't find it any longer :(
