[Typo3-dev] "your login has probably expired?" - how to cancel the login dialog?

Hi!

If I click "cancel" on the JS-dialog, the dialog goes way. But only 
after seconds the *** thing reappears. If I click cancel I mean that I 
do NOT want to relogin.

Has anyone on this list a hack ready to make cancel mean cancel?
