[Typo3-dev] DBAL extension progress & call for help

I don't know about oracle, but I know about someone called Bernhard if I
remember right who was interested in doing some oracle work. I forwarded the
contact to DH and didn't follow anymore. I'll send him a mail if I find his
address...
