[Typo3-dev] $BACK_PATH and local modules

Hi!

I'm too dumb, but what's expected to be for this variable and others.

The Kickstarter default of '../../../' obviously won't work for local 
extensions. But if I force a '../../../../typo3' init.php will choke.

I think I've solved this riddle once, but cannot remember now. Yeah I'm 
lazy now, but $BACK_PATH *hm* doesn't look like the world greatest 
config mechanism too me anyway. Must have missed something.
