[Typo3-dev] 3.6.1 and doctype HTML 4 transitional

Hi,

migth not be something that needs fixing but I want to tell that with
3.6.1 it is not possible to get valid HTML4 transitional without using
config.disableAllHeaderCode. ;(

all header-tags are inserted in xhtml-style ( with closing "/"), which
is not valid.

anybody cares for this?
