suphp is pretty recent compared to phpsuexec.

We have been using phpsuexec for a while. At first, manually, but
we convinced with a bunch of other hosts, cpanel to include support
in easyapache, the tool they make for compile apache/php easily on
cpanel boxes.

They don't support suphp yet.
