One way for this to happen is to set the paper size in the .sxw
document to "US Letter" (or anything other than A4 I guess...) before
exporting to .pdf *without* updating the TOC in the OO document. I
don't know if this can be what's happened to all of the pdfs, but if
you simply export a pdf from the OO document, the TOC will be fine
unless something has changed in the original...
