Instal Tool -> 3: Image Processing -> 4: Combining images

Produces completely wrong images here.

I would really wonder if this worked on your computer, does it?
However, you may be right, in some cases it is not really neccessary.
However, at least the border feature for the IMAGE objects makes use of the
combining function.
