[Typo3-dev] Creating frontend users

I am having troubles figuring out how to create fe_groups and fs_users from
my extension.  Right now, I am just directly accessing the tables!

My approach, after looking through some documentation( btw, docs should be
separated between developer and user docs for easy access) was to try to
figure out how typo creates the users and groups, but I could not figure it
out. Thanks.

This is basically what my extension does some 'admin' fills out a form of
info from the frontend then submits it.  Then my plugin creates a group,
user, and a database entry in my plugins database, and emails login info to
the new user.  When the user visits the page, they are showed the only
'data' they are allowed to see...
