[Typo3-dev] Starting a community based on Typo3

Hi Andreas.

If TYPO3 will have community oriented features I believe an extension
should provide a proper framework for such a thing. It will not enter
the core and personally I'm not consumed with community features at all.
So therefore it will probably not happen from me. Maybe someone else
will set up a "TYPO3 Community Portal Framework" project description.
