[Typo3-dev] How to include new field default&prefilled in the backend ?

I would like for my backendusers to have a photo of themselves that can be
automatically included when posting an article - so they basically only need
to write in the text.

This field should therefore prefill with the backendusers photo when they
make a new record (then of ofcourse it would depend on what record is made
whether its actually pulled).

Anybody did this or care to give some help.

1. I extend the backendusers table.

2. And then ?
