I second that idea. It's not only less appealing to overrate yourself,
it makes this thing a *lot* simpler as well, so people might use it
more often.

Maybe a basic catalogue could be mixed with a simple rating scheme
(e.g. one rating for every category like 'coding', 'design', ...)?
