[Typo3-dev] 3.5.0 to 3.6.0 DB Update, win12510->Unicode. How?

Hello.

Yesterday I tried 3.6.0RC1 and found that it's very nice.
1. Can't anyone explain me, how to update old 3.5.0 database to new 3.6.0
version?
2. How to translate DB from old win1251 encoding into new Unicode?
