[Typo3-dev] buttons in RTE don't show/ hide

Wonderful good morning,
I'm new to this mailing list and also it's my first time as beta-tester.
Im already working with typo3.6 RC1 and the RTE is ignoring settings for the
buttons (and not only for them) in the toolbar, configured by Page TS; also
the extension for the pre-configuration doesnt affect the behaviour of the
toolbar?

The same configuration works in 3.5-packages fine.

Is this problem already known? is there a bugfix?
To whom may I sent this bugreport?
