[Typo3-dev] Use tce_main standalone

Hi List, Kasper....

is there any way to use tce_main without logging a user in?

I want to do a cron job that moves page around a lot and the methods
described in "Inside Typo3" make most sense to me.

Any way to use this without an BE module?
