[Typo3-dev] the t3 dassault project: media library extension (Digital Asset Management DAM) extension already finished???

at typo3.com i found this excellent case study for the typo3 project at
french dassault systemes

interesting).

after having read this case study one question almost instantly came to my
mind:

is the DAM (Digital Asset Management or Media Library) extension already
available to the community? as far is i understood the article, it has been
developped on-site and dassault seems to use it (happily ?). also, when you
look at the screenshoot, you'll find the extension icon in their t3
menubar....

the t3 project page still says "status: production".

perhaps kaspar, rene or robert could say a little bit more about their
experience with the current DAM extension.
