Hi Ingmar

Kaspar beat us to it here as well ;), changelog from the 12.2.04 CVS 
version:

And finally the "doctype" option fed with a value that is not "xhtml_fra
mes", "xhtml_trans" or "xhtml_strict" will be outputted AS the doctype!

I would still love an easy option (config.doctypeNoProlog or something) 
to remove the xml prolog as it such common practice and would save me 
entering the whole doctype thing in every project I start.
