[Typo3-dev] BUG(?): EDIPANEL:page, FE-edit and simulateStatic

Hi,

I have noticed a bug(?) in Typo3 that 
is present in both 3.5 and 3.6 series.

when you use the EDIPANEL-Object for Pages (for example
styles.editPanelPage) in the frontend and use config.simulateStatic you
will get into problems after creating a new Page from within the
EDITPANEL.

Either using "save & close" or "close" will result in a url that looks
like this:

http://somehost/id_page_you_started_to_insert_a_new_one_on.type.html?id=id_of_new_page

which gives me an 404.

Seems to work:
* "save and preview" aparrently seems to work but kicks you to the
parent-page of the page where you initiated the creating a new page
* sometimes "clsoe" seems to work after you have "saved" the page
beforehand, but not always. couldn't find the rule for that

Confirmation?
ideas how to fix?
