Any news on this?

I would like to reduce the size of the installer as well as the size of 
the ZIP packages so removed redundancy of t3lib would be welcome.

Considering the fact that 3.6.0 will likely be the only stable version 
for about the whole next year, it would be nice to do this change before 
the final release.
