[Typo3-dev] License... again???

Well - AFAIK it's not forbidden and depending on the kind of
HTML-/TS-template you are using it's very easy to do but it raises the
question: Why should one want to do that?
And most of the reasons you might tell us will be the reasons why this kind
of behaviour will be "frowned upon" ...
