[Typo3-dev] trying to decide if the organization I work for should use this product

Personally i think the answer should be no. But as I'm not going to be working
with it I guess I can set my feelings about it aside. 

The organization is the danish governmental ministry IT & Telestyrelsen. 

In the context of trying to make this decision my manager wants me to get the 
answers to some questions. How easy is it to add in customized markup to the
markup output by Typo3? Has any of the various editors, specifically the rich
text editors, been extended in such a way that customized markup is easy to send
to Typo3. specific type of customized markup I am thinking about is the addition
of namespaces to the html output, and namespaced attributes.
