It would be great if you created a page for that in the TYPO3 Association
Wiki [1]. 

At the time when I start working on the changes for typo3.org I will collect
all the points from several emails Kasper received, the TYPO3 Bugtracker
and the Wiki. In order to make this more transparent we will try to use the
wiki as much as it makes sense.
