[Typo3-dev] typo3 RTE extension, capabilities

Does anyone know if the following capabilities exist with any of the commonly
used RTE extension, that a user could work with the RTE (rich
 text editor) extension so that it could output rddl namespaced html
 http://www.rddl.org/ or to otherwise extend the html output from the
 editor,
 so that a content writer could add in customized metadata to a particular
 page by choosing a style and perhaps writing some name-value pairs?
