[Typo3-dev] Whishlist for typo3 3.8 / typo3.org / ter.typo3.org

Hi all,

during our last coaching jobs, we discovered some minor points 
concerning userbility and features which could help to make typo3, 
typo3.org and ter.typo3.org even more better :-). (none of these points 
are real bugs !!).


So is there a official whishlist, should we send these points to someone 
ore should we just add them to bugs.typo3.org ?
