It's almost a bug from my point of view or at least a design flaw...

Took on the page:
"These extensions has been added or updated with a main- or subversion 
the last 20 days. (Development-version updates are not listed here)."

So you have to alway use second decimal if you want your stuff to stay 
"new" if I understand it well...
