I write TS and PHP code to generate DHTML tree menu for  TYPO3 
with http://www.treeview.net 
(this commercial  script for $30 with full featured free version that contain advertising message)

I ask  author of this  script, can I publish my TYPO3 ext with inclusion of  free  version of this DHTML tree menu . He answer "OK"

Is it good and no problem with GPL?
