[Typo3-dev] permission problems? Use ftp.

Hi,
I have seen more ISP's that has permission problems and it's not always
easy to switch or to find
a typo3 enabled (cheap for home use) ISP...
De opnphpnuke project as a feature to switch between just file
operations or using FTP which is nice I think.
