[Typo3-dev] PHP5, was JSR170

Thanks Bjoern,
A quick note about PHP5 and TYPO3: Yes, it is not recommended for
production systems but this is not due to outstanding issues, more a
question of how well tested TYPO3 is with PHP5. What we know now is:
- I use it on my dev-machine and never experience any problems!
- Once in a while we might discover situations where TYPO3 will try to
access a variable as was it an array but without testing it first. It's
pratically impossible to find all problematic spots because it depends
on run-time data. However the error message is always the same and the
cure is simple.
- I had a problem with FreeType in PHP5 (the TYPO3 package for debian by
Michael Stucki) where japanese characters was totally corrupted. I don't
know why. Obviously that would prevent PHP5 from being used in
production in that specific case.
