SF does not provide subversion, yet. By the time the two TYPO3 projects
(TYPO3, TYPO3xdev) were registered there was no final version of
subversion and there were no userfriendly GUI available for all OS.

CVS lacks a couple of things, we all know that ;-) But for the moment we
have to live with it.
