Thanks a bunch! An existing DBAL makes my job so very much easier, so I'll check that out and see how it works. And if any modules I need use mysql only code I'll just have to DBAL enable them. Or, if that's too much of a task, I'll simply perform a mysql codectomy and hack in native pgsql support. Arne :wq
