[Typo3-dev] How can I access a Typoscript Object from a FE-Extension

Hi list

I have a TemplaVoila based site where I use a floating navigation bar. In TV it's defined as a Typoscript Object "lib.navbar". In the Template Setup I have  section setting lib.navbar=HTML and .value . This works fine. On the pages where my own FE-Plugin is called I want to insert a specielized navigation bar instead of the standart one. Is there a simple way to access TS-Objects by name from a extension to change their values?
