[Typo3-dev] rte transforms

Hello everyone,

when inserting

<DIV class=H1>testtext</DIV>

in the rich text editor, all my content is finally transformed into

<p class="H1" style="margin:0 0 0 0;"><font face="arial,helvetica"
size="2">testtext</font></p>

Can anyone tell me, where this transformation happens in the typo3 core
files? I'm using Typo 3.5
