[Typo3-dev] [BUGTRACKER] How do we handle user errors?

Hi Guys,

how do we handle user errors on the bugtracker?
Since I want to do my job there right, I wanted to check back how we deal
with this.
Right now, if I see a bug that is clearly a mistake by the user (like not
COMPAREing the SQL dumps etc.) I mark their report as "feedback" and write a
short note what they did wrong.

But I think it is the wron way to let the bugtracker slip into some sort of
message board.

Suggestions?
