[Typo3-dev] Typo in Ext Dev Eval extension

I did debate doing this, but in mantis, the only project showing is 
TYPO3 core and as Ext Dev Eval is an extension I wasn't sure it was the 
correct place so I thought it easier to post on the list and Kasper has 
already fixed.

Some clarification as to the use of the bug tracker would be useful or 
perhaps additional projects can be set up there for extensions? Eg. 
extensions included within the core distribution should be reported in 
the TYPO3 Core project then other extensions either have their own 
project or are all lumped together under an extensions project??

BTW, thanks for fixing it so fast Kasper, and also (as this was my first 
time posting) thanks for a such a great system!
