[Typo3-dev] RC2 out later today

What have I been using all the time? Some piece of software that only 
claimed it was RC2? Seriously, besides that RC1 was a beta, there is 
really something broken with the naming scheme. Or maybe I am just too 
dumb, to get the subtleties.
