But I thought this was Kaspers news extension? (tt_news)
Or did I miss something here? :-)

Learned something new:
"The cvs_acls script permits you to limit write access to your CVS
repository to a subset of the developers on your project. This is
particularly helpful in cases where you have a large development team (and
want to have most people on the team direct code patches to a small number
of committers on your team); or have people on your development team who are
either recent additions to the team (you may not totally trust their work),
or who have no need to modify source code (i.e. they may be providing
support on your project and may not have the need to make code changes)."
