Well, we do[1]. You easily reach this page if you go to "Download ->
Source" and click the link in the CVS section.

However, if you have suggestions for improving that page please contact
Andreas Otto, I bet he will gladly accept any valuable hints for
improving that page.

But be honest, who should know about how to retrieve an extension from
CVS? Most likely that would be extension developers, because otherwise
it would be too risky for them to try a dev version anyways. 

Those who develop extensions might be able to use CVS by the description
Andreas gave, if not, please make suggestions how Andreas could improve
his page.
